YOUR NEXT LEAD COULD WIN BIG - AND SO COULD YOU!!
Profit Share is a program for U.S. and Canadian Keller Williams associates that offers zero risk and unlimited earning potential. It rewards agents for contributing to the growth of their market centers by helping to recruit and sponsor productive agents. When a market center earns profits, roughly 50% is shared with the associates who helped grow the business by bringing in new agents. This passive income model allows associates to build wealth beyond their real estate sales efforts and even pass the benefits down to their beneficiaries.
It’s a core component of KW’s culture, empowering agents to grow not only their individual businesses but also to contribute to the success of the entire office.
Profit share is a cooperative wealth-building tool where market center owners invest in the people who helped the office grow. Rather than shaving cash off the top of every deal, owners share profits to create a successful and sustainable business that takes care of its people even after they cease production.

In the profit share model, the market center divides its monthly profits between the owners, who risk their investments, and the associates, who help grow the office. While owners receive a slightly larger percentage, associates are rewarded and recognized for their direct role in the company’s growth by earning a share of the profits.
In the growth share model, after an agent completes a transaction, their commission is divided between the agent and their office. Each month, the office sends part of their revenue to Keller Williams and the region. Unlike profit share, agents in growth share earn a portion of their region’s overall revenue, rather than just their market center’s profits.
When deals close, KW associates who haven’t yet met their cap pay company dollar to their market center.
The market center uses this money to pay operating expenses. What’s left over is profit and, unlike with other companies, a portion of that profit is shared back with the associates who helped the company grow by bringing on productive agents.
Currently, the profit share system grows seven levels. When someone names an agent as their sponsor or the associate responsible for introducing them to the company, they go into their first level.
Each sponsor gets 50% of the profit attributed to the profitable activities conducted by the associates they bring on. And, even as the percentages decrease throughout the levels, they never fall below 5%, which is higher than the top tier of other wealth-building systems in the industry.
