Learn how to add a referral to your commissions tab in Command.

Adding an Outside Referral:

1. Click Add Outside Referral at the top of the section.

2. Enter either the Referral Percentage or Referral Amount. The other field will adjust automatically.

3. In the Brokerage Details section, select or manually enter the referral representative’s details. Click Add Outside Referral.

4. Once added, the Outside Referral section will appear, allowing you to edit or remove the referral details.

Editing Listing Commission:

1. Click Edit Listing Commission at the top of the section.

2. To add a concession, click + Add Concession, enter the total, and choose who will pay.

3. For a bonus, click + Add Bonus, enter the total, and determine the split with the Market Center.

4. Click Save. Ignore any imbalance alerts, as they’ll be addressed in the Agent Payment section.

Editing Agent Payment:

1. Click Edit Agent Payment at the bottom of the page.

2. If needed, click + Add Another Agent to distribute commission or units to additional agents. Use property-type-specific fields like Units, Acreage, or Square Footage to distribute appropriately.

3. Distribute Concessions and Bonuses among agents, ensuring the amounts balance.

4. In the Agent Gross Commission section, input the correct percentage or amount for each agent.

5. Add any Outside or Inside Referrals and distribute accordingly.

6. Adjust Deductions (e.g., KW Cares, BOLD Scholarship) or add new ones using the + Add Deduction button.
